Do you only work with large companies, brands, teams or organizations?

We enjoy helping customers with any size order for any purpose. Don't hesitate to contact us, we may be able to help you.


Do I have to come down to your shop to purchase?

No. The transaction can happen completely over the internet with your product shipped to you. However, we would love to meet you and have you visit our shop. Click here for directions.


What are the payments terms?

50% amount deposit at the time of the order and the rest 50% of amount paid when visiting shop to collect the order. If you're ordering online, then 100% amount payment must be made upfront.


I have a large order is there special pricing?

Prices on larger lots of apparel can vary from time to time depending on the styles, colors and sizes you choose. On larger orders even a few cents can make a big difference, so we work with the manufacturers on an individual basis to make sure you get the best possible pricing. We encourage you to contact us and speak with one of our Customer Service Representatives if you have an order of 300 pieces or more.


Can I provide my own merchandise/shirts to be embroidered?

Yes, but we don’t recommend it. If we provide the apparel and by the off chance it gets damaged during embroidery, we will replace it at no charge to you. However, if the merchandise/shirts you provide to us are damaged during the embroidery process, we can’t replace it, but we do not charge for the embroidery on the damaged product.


Do you offer contract embroidery?

Yes. Embroidering customer supplied inventory has the same minimums and we thoroughly evaluate each project with all of our clients prior to quoting any contract embroidery project.


What is digitizing in respect to embroidery?

Embroidery Digitizing is the process of taking any form of art work and transforming it into a language that the sewing machine will understand and sew onto your garment. Terms such as "tape" or "punch" are also used when referring to embroidery designs. This is because the old embroidery machines used punched paper tapes and a tape reader to operate. Today's technology uses USB Flash to run computerized embroidery machinery. An embroidery USB Flash contains all the instructions, which, in turn, tells the embroidery machine what to stitch onto your garment.


What kind of artwork do you need for embroidery?

We can accept embroidery files, such as DSTs and EMB files. Of course, we can also convert your JPG, GIF, PNG, TIFF, PDF, AI, EPS, and CDR files into an embroidery file format. Please be sure to supply us with the highest quality image possible to ensure maximum accuracy. Sending an embroidery file will decrease your setup fees.


Can you make my design look exactly like the artwork i send you?

We make every effort to achieve an identical look to your embroidery. However, small lettering may have to be increased in size, and/or lay out order may possibly have to be altered to achieve lettering that will be legible enough to read.


Are you able to color match thread to my corporate colors?

We do have a variety of thread colors available. We will match your colors as closely as possible. If you provide your brand, company or organization logo PANTONE® colour code, we will be able to follow PANTONE® - ISACORD Colour Conversion List to match the right color shade. Depending on the color, we can match it accurately with embroidery threads, but not all PANTONE® colours are represented among the thread colors. This is due to the limited number of thread colors available from thread manufacturers. We have a system for color matching and we can match your color very closely, but a perfect match is not possible among all PANTONE® colours.


Why it may be hard to match right colour shade without PANTONE® colour code?

The cause of it is that different monitors display colors differently. If you ever noticed that each screen may be displaying the same images, the colors can be noticeably different when you look down the line. This doesn't happen because someone has been playing with the settings or because one monitor is of higher quality than the other. Multiple factors can affect color display. Sometimes, the same monitors will even show different colors when hooked up to computers with different video cards! The display variances cause some problems that may not be major issues in the big picture, but they can definitely be annoying. For example, many people order items online and are unpleasantly surprised when they open the package to discover that the sweater or artwork they purchased is the wrong colour shade.


Are you able to color match thread to HKS-K or RAL colour palette chart?

Yes, it's same as matching PANTONE® colours, if you provide your brand, company or organization logo HKS-K or RAL colour code, we will be able to follow HKS-K - ISACORD or RAL - ISACORD colour conversion list to match the right color shade. Depending on the color, we can match it accurately with embroidery threads, but not all HKS-K or RAL colour palette chart colours are represented among the thread colors. This is due to the limited number of thread colors available from thread manufacturers. We have a system for color matching and we can match your color very closely, but a perfect match is not possible among all HKS-K or RAL colour palette chart.


Will i be able to see a sew-out logo before it's applied to the garments i have ordered?

Yes. Sewouts are complimentary when you digitize your logo with us.


Are there any embroidery setup fees?

There is a one time setup fee: €15.00 (small logo) or 25.00 (large logo) depending on the size of the design. Order digitizing here. If you provide your own embroidery file, then there is no setup fee. We can accept embroidery files, such as DSTs and EMB files.


Are there any limitations on the types of graphics that can be reproduced with the embroidery process?

Yes. Small text, fine detail, and color gradients can be difficult to reproduce with embroidery. Additionally the level of detail that can be reproduced is affected by the type of fabric the logo is stitched on.


What is the smallest letter you can make?

We can make letters incredibly small, but we don’t recommend sewing letters less than 1cm high. The quality of the stitching decreases considerably at heights lower than 1cm, particularly on specific fabrics, such as pique and fleece.


What kinds of goods do you embroider on?

We embroider on T-Shirts, Hoodies, Polo Shirts, Fleeces, Jackets and Softshells, College Wear. Corporatewear, Hospitality and Service Uniforms, Workwear, Health & Beauty Uniforms, Safetywear, Sports and Teamwear, Kids and Schoolwear, Outerwear, Leisurewear, Chefswear and a variety other types of goods.


Can you embroider this logo on this location?

We’ve done all kinds of locations and materials. No matter how crazy it might sound, contact us with your ideas and we’ll see what we can do!


Do you do 3D embroidery?

Yes. We can certainly do 3D or “Puff” embroidery. In order to do this, the file must be specifically digitized for 3D embroidery. If you have an embroidery file and are not sure whether or not it will work, you can forward it to us for a free consultation.


I want to have different colors on different shirts. Can you do that?

Absolutely. There is no charge for color changes on your embroidery order.


How long will my order take?

Orders typically shipped from our B+U Wholesale Ltd facility located in Dublin, Ireland within 3 to 5 business days after you approve the design. Remember to factor in shipping time when estimating your order delivery. New customers, companies, brands or organizations, must approve the logo or design before we stitch it on garments. This process usually takes 2-3 days depending on the method of approval. Some customer require a stitched sample, others only need to see the electronic version via e-mail. The method of approval you choose greatly affects the time it takes to complete your order.
