What can be returned?

Wellness and supplement products in a sealed and unused condition bought from Beunique can be returned. We will dispatch the 180 days after you place your order and expect to deliver it within the shortest time possible.

What cannot be returned?

The newly opened or used products for any reason (concerning hygienic aspect)
It should be noted that products which have been misuse or those that are unsuitable for the environment in which they are stored will be compromised.

Who can bear the cost of returning the product?

Return Authorization: You will be instructed whether to ship back the product(s) and a customer service representative will issue you an RMA number.
Securely Package: If you can, return the item(s) in their original packaging; else take the necessary precautions carefully to reorganize it/ them.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for the payment related to the returning of the item, this includes the shipping fees. We suggest to have it shipped with a tracking service of your choice for your benefit.
Processing Your Return

For damaged or wrong products: If all the returned products are as per the return policy which we receive back from you, we will process the refund within 5 business days. The refund will be processed and the money will be returned to the same payment method used when purchasing the goods.
